The company YOPBOX PRODUCTIONS (hereafter " YOPBOX ") publishes and operates the internet site: https://www.yopbox.com/ (hereafter the " Site ") through which it offers its users (hereafter the " Users ") a service enabling them to create videos facing the camera.The services offered by YOPBOX (hereinafter the "Services") are accessible through the Site.
The purpose of these general terms and conditions (hereinafter the "GCU") is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Services offered on the Site.They are accessible and printable at any time by a direct link at the bottom of the site's pages. They may be supplemented, if necessary, by specific conditions of use for certain Services. In the event of contradiction, the specific conditions shall prevail over these general conditions.
The Services and the Site are accessible:
- to any natural person who has full legal capacity to enter into commitments under these general conditions. A natural person who does not have full legal capacity may only access the Site with the agreement of his/her legal representative.
- any legal entity acting through a natural person who has the legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal entity.
Access to and use of the Site are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these GCU. By browsing the Site, regardless of the technical means of access and the terminals used, you are presumed to be aware of these GCU.This acceptance can only be full and complete.
Any reservation in acceptance is considered null and void. Any User who does not agree to be bound by these GCU must not use the Services.
3.1 These GCU define the terms and conditions under which the User accesses and benefits from the Services.

3.3 The GCU may be modified at any time by YOPBOX. The relationship between YOPBOX and the User will always be governed by the latest conditions in force on the day the User uses the Services. In the event of modification of these GTU, the User will be invited to accept the new conditions, which will be applicable to him/her on the day of acceptance.
YOPBOX offers a Service in the form of a web platform allowing the creation of face-to-face videos using various creation features.

The prices of the Services are indicated on the Site.Unless otherwise stated, the prices are expressed in Euros and are exclusive of tax.
YOPBOX reserves the right, at its own discretion and according to the terms and conditions of which it shall be the sole judge, to propose promotional offers or price reductions.

The prices referred to in Article V. Pricing may be revised by YOPBOX at any time, at its free discretion.
Without prejudice to the other obligations set out herein, the User undertakes to respect the following obligations.
8.1. The User undertakes, when using the Services, to respect the laws and regulations in force and not to infringe the rights of third parties or public order.
8.2. The User acknowledges that he/she has taken note on the Site of the characteristics and constraints, particularly technical, of all the Services. He/she is solely responsible for his/her use of the Services.
8.3. The User is informed and accepts that the implementation of the Services requires that he/she be connected to the Internet and that the quality of the Services depends directly on this connection, for which he/she is solely responsible.
8.4. Declare complete and accurate information when using the Services, and update it in the event of any change.
9.1 It is strictly forbidden for the User to copy and/or divert for their own purposes or those of third parties the concept, technologies, all or part of the data or any other element of the Site.
9.2 It is strictly forbidden to use the Services for the following purposes:- to carry out illegal or fraudulent activities or activities that infringe on the rights or security of third parties,- to undermine public order or violate the laws and regulations in force,- and more generally, any practice that diverts the Services to purposes other than those for which they were designed.
In the event of a breach of any of the provisions of these general terms and conditions or, more generally, a breach of the laws and regulations in force by the User, YOPBOX reserves the right to take any appropriate measure and in particular to :
- Suspend access to the Services of the User who is the author of the breach or infringement, or who has taken part in it;
- Delete any content placed online on the Site;
- Notify any authority concerned;- Publish on the Site any information message that YOPBOX deems useful;
- Initiate any legal action;
- Notify any authority concerned.
The systems, software, structures, infrastructures, databases and content of any kind (texts, images, visuals, music, logos, brands, databases, etc.) used by YOPBOX within the Site are protected by all intellectual property rights or database producers' rights in force.Any disassembly, decompilation, decryption, extraction, reuse, copying and, more generally, any act of reproduction, representation, distribution and use of any of these elements, in whole or in part, without the authorisation of YOPBOX is strictly forbidden and may be subject to legal proceedings.
